Our Beliefs

THE BIBLE
We believe the Bible to be the inspired, infallible and authoritative 
Word of God and is the standard by which any personal revelation, guidance, 
or direction perceived to be of God must be tested. 2 Timothy 3:15-17

THE TRINITY
We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three 
persons; Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. 1 John 5:7

JESUS CHRIST
We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His incarnation, 
in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in his atoning death, in his 
bodily resurrection, and in His ascension to the right hand of the Father. 
John 1:1-3, 14; Matthew 1:23; Hebrews 4:15; Luke 24:46; Acts 1:9-11

SALVATION
We believe the blood of Jesus is the only cleansing for sin and salvation 
is found only through repentance from sin and acceptance of Jesus Christ 
as Lord and Savior by faith. 1 John 1:7; Ephesians 2:8,9

BAPTISM IN THE HOLY SPIRIT
We believe the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, recorded 
in Acts 2, is available today to all believers who ask for it. Acts 2:38,39

SANCTIFICATION 
We believe in the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit by Whose indwelling 
the Christian is enabled to live a Holy life. 2Thessalonians 2:13

RESURRECTION
We believe in the resurrection of both the saved to everlasting life and 
the lost to everlasting damnation. Revelation 20:11-15

DIVINE HEALING
Healing is an integral part of the Gospel. God is willing 
to, and does, heal the sick today. Deliverance from sickness and disease 
is provided for in the atonement and is the privilege of all believers. Isaiah 53:4,5

CHURCH OBSERVANCES
Water baptism by immersion in water is administered to 
all those who have repented of their sins and have believed on the Lord 
Jesus Christ. The Lords Supper is observed regularly as enjoined by the 
scriptures. Acts 2:38 1 Corinthians 11:23-28
