About the Pastor

Eric Halvorson was born in 1962 and raised in North Dakota on a family farm. He met and married his wife, Tracy Ernst in 1984. Two years later, Eric and Tracy were blessed with the birth of their daughter, Elizabeth, and the testimony of her birth and healing is an awesome story.

With a strong calling to go into ministry, Eric and Tracy attended Christ for the Nations Bible Institute in Dallas, TX. After graduation in 1989, they returned to Casper, Wyoming.  Through prayer, counsel, and response to several prophetic words, they moved to Cody, Wyoming in 1990 to plant Victory Fellowship Church. Eric holds a B.A. in Biblical Studies and is currently pursuing his Masters in Biblical Studies.
